In The Beginning
We provide a specialist intensive provision in a mentoring and skills development capacity that will reengage and spark an interest.

Stage 1
The provision is built entirely around the needs of the young person we are working with. The first phase is the most vital as we arrange meetings to ascertain the exact support required.
Part 1
Interviewed by a Provision Practitioner, Director of Education or Primary Education depending on the age to find out where their journey has taken them, understanding self, managing emotions, comfort zones, dreams, barriers to progression and an overarching story for the young person that can be shared to staff.
Part 2
Part 3
Once the education provision is agreed we will produce a timetable that links the learner to our Delivery Practitioners who specialise in practical application of skills.
See below the types of activities that young people can engage with – but the list is not exhaustive, if there is an interest not listed we will find a way of making it happen.
Part 4
Curriculum—Depending on age the learning will be developed to link to the national curriculum or be used as a catalyst for Math and English provision at a suitable level provided by qualified teachers. All the post 11 learning has AQA units attached to the learning to enhance the feeling of achievement.
