Hi! My name is Ellie and I am a Secondary Delivery Practitioner for Pushforward. I love going on walks, cooking and baking, arts, crafts, and I’ll give anything new a go! I have previous experience of working in a dementia care home and support work for the residents. I’m passionate about helping people in whatever way I can! I consider myself to be a calm, friendly and welcoming person who is always happy to provide a helping hand and listening ears. 

I love working for Pushforward as I have so much passion for helping our young people to grow and develop to achieve everything they can in life! I love getting to know the young people I am working with, as together we can find the right way to bring joy to their learning and encourage them to feel proud of their achievements away from a class room.

I do have past experience with young people who do not suit school and refuse to go. School isn’t for everyone and that’s why I feel so passionate about helping young people to learn in a way that suits them, not what they are told suits them!
