My name is Jay & I have worked in the construction industry for the past 25+ years, but my main trade is carpentry.

I’ve been & worked as a football coach for 15 years gaining my UEFA badge. I also have a background in Martial Arts where I’m currently a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu.
